Exam Success Without The Stress

Mindfulness for Students & Parents

Dundalk Study Academy​ hosts our yearly WELL-BEING WORKSHOP for Junior & Leaving Certificate Students; dealing with stress & anxiety ahead of the Mock exams in February and the State exams in June.

​

Having worked closely with students in the run up to the Junior and Leaving Certificate exams, we realised that there is ample help available to students academically, however there are very little services out there to offer guidance and support in terms of the stress and anxiety that can be associated with exams. We decided to offer such a service and so we are holding our third workshop for students and parents. Last years workshop was a major success!
