How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Personal data such as name, date of birth, address, education level and previous services with us, this information is kept for as long as students are a member of Dundalk Study Academy. Some students are repeat students year on year so the information is kept.

All student information and registration forms are kept in a folder which is locked in a filing cabinet and kept in a secure room. Any data submitted through this website is also stored on a password encrypted database. Only Dundalk Study Academy tutors can access this data.
